We Need A Revival In Education
I have closely followed the pro-Hamas demonstrations on college campuses in the U. S. and around the world the past few weeks. I’ve taught in many YWAM schools worldwide and serve as a professor at Faith International University in Tacoma, Washington. (FIU houses the only seminary in the state of Washington.)
In all the schools in which I’ve been privileged to speak. I’ve never witnessed law-breaking demonstrations of any type. Judeo-Christian-based professors and students try to move in the “opposite spirit” during times of tension. That includes intercessory prayer and promoting reconciliation and healing among opposing viewpoints.
I will share my thoughts on the protests next week. First, let’s ponder what has happened in education to spawn the current chaos.
Why Are They Destroying America?
It’s amazing how current-day radicals are moving at break-neck speed to destroy the United States of America.
Much of the Church is silent about this cultural disintegration, and the masses too self-absorbed by entertaining themselves in the gutter of social media.
Who will stand up to the growing waves of national destruction?
The Roaring Twenties
We all have biases, and one of mine is young people. I’ve served YWAM for fifty years and teach college age kids at Faith International University. I love youth of all ages.
I have prayed for a revival among young people more than any age group. Why? Because youth carry the torch of awakening and evangelism in most generations.
A new “roaring twenties” is underway that doesn’t focus on flappers and speakeasies. It’s all about Jesus, the Lion of Judah, whose roar is being heard by the young. Read More
