Affirmative Action RIP

The U.S. Supreme Court recently struck down Affirmative Action in college admissions.

AA was as unfair and un-American as the recent atheist (woke) meltdown over country singer Jason Aldean’s #1 hit song “Try That In A Small Town.” Due to our biblical heritage, we Americans believe in freedom and equal opportunity for people.

In this article, I want to share Victor Davis Hanson’s wisdom on Affirmative Action while engaging in a little critical thinking.

Keep Jesus At the Center

One of the blessings of keeping a lifetime journal is celebrating “special days” on my Life Calendar.

On July 19,1973, God spoke to me, a bewildered but passionate twenty-year old, to become a “teacher of his Word” as part of my calling. I have fulfilled that assignment for the past fifty years in many settings around the world.  

The most provocatively titled teaching I’ve ever given is called “The Secret of Happiness.” 

It has to do with putting Jesus at the CENTER of your life.

Christian Nationalism is a Great Thing

A couple of years ago, a spiritual leader publicly questioned my teachings on America’s faith-based values and heritage. I was surprised by the unsolicited attack.

The leader accused me of teaching “Christian nationalism”–a term I had never heard before. 

After hearing this phrase become mainstreamed in our culture over the past few years. I understand why some believers are being deceived into thinking it’s bad.

They’re being lied to. 

Christian nationalism is a great thing.
